Going to Fit 4 Life has been a life saver for me. Due to the exceptional staff, my knees have never been better. During the first visit, I was unable to do one standing squat, now I can do over 10. The therapists were extremely professional and yet added a personal touch to my treatments, I was always encouraged to do my best and preserve with my therapy sessions. I am so thankful for the outstanding care I received at Fit 4 Life. I certainly appreciate all the support from the entire staff.

Fiona Monday - PTA and PT Manager
 |
Welcome to Fit 4 Life! My name is Fiona Monday and I am Physical Therapist Assistant and Personal Trainer. I also help manage the Physical Therapy Department. I started at Fit 4 Life as a client in 2002. All it took was one workout and I was hooked! In 2005, I moved back to Tampa and became a personal trainer. I loved pushing |
| people to reach their goals and live a healthy life style. However, Physical Therapy was always a field I wanted to get into. I decided to go back to school to become a PTA. I am so glad I did. Whether it's teaching people how to work out, eat right, or treat a diagnosis, I am committed to helping people become healthy and happy! Other fun facts about me are that I grew up in Temple Terrace, FL and went to Berkeley Prep High School, where I was a 3-sport athlete. I was fortunate enough to receive a full volleyball scholarship and have a successful career as a student-athlete at FSU. I earned a BS degree in Business and a MS in Sport Administration. I coached college volleyball for 7 years and currently I coach a club volleyball team in Temple Terrace called the North Tampa Stars. I have a wonderful husband, Travis, and together we have an amazing little girl named Molly. Thank you for coming to F4L and being a part of our lives! We look forward to helping you! |

I am one of the staff physical therapists at Fit 4 Life ,as well as, the clinical director since 2002. I graduated in May of 1997 with a Bachelors Degree of Health Sciences and in August of 1998 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. Most of my career has been devoted to the outpatient sector, however, I have worked in acute care,
|
| long-term care, and even chiropractic care. My passion is treating motivated, active adults and adolescents who are eager to get better and improve their lives. Fit 4 Life allows this to happen. It is by far the most state-of-the-art physical therapy clinic out there. Our program is very different from traditional physical therapy and that is why our success rate is so high and our outcomes are long-term. As a PT, my job is much more rewarding and successful because of what this clinic has to offer. I am given the opportunity to work one-on-one with my patients each and every session. Prior to working at Fit 4 Life, chronic neck and back pain were always a challenge for me to treat and to create a lasting effect. In the several years I have been with Fit 4 Life, this program has proven to be the most successful one on the market. Please come and experience what we have to offer. I guarantee you won't be disappointed! |

Emily Rogowski - LPT and Clinical Director
|
I have been a part of the F4L staff since 2004, and presently serve as clinical director for our PT department. I am bilingual, growing up in Miami and spending several years in Puerto Rico before attending college. I received my Bachelor in Science degree in Physical Therapy at Florida International University in 1990, and have worked primarily in |
| outpatient orthopedic settings. Having been MedX certified in 1993, I was drawn to Fit 4 Life because of their state of the art equipment, including both the cervical and lumbar spinal strengthening machines. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work one on one with my patients, allowing me to provide quality care and individualized programs. I am committed to helping people, both as a rehab professional, as well as an active member of the community. |

I recently graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Exercise Science. While in the program, I ventured out of Tampa to Estes Park, Colorado where I completed an internship in a fitness/rehabilitation clinic. This clinic was equipped with MedX machines including the Cervical and Lumbar Extensions. I became very |
| accustomed to MedX equipment in Colorado and glad to be at Fit4Life back home! Now that I have graduated, I am working my way towards Physical Therapy school and would like to specialize in either sports rehab or pediatrics... or both :) I am happy to become part of the Fit4Life Family and am excited to meet you all! |

I am a senior at the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!). I plan to graduate with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology in May 2011. I have always had a passion for fitness and sports as well as sports medicine. I hope to become a personal trainer in the near future; however, my goals after graduation include going to graduate |
| school and achieving my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. I have lived in the Tampa area my entire life and enjoy all sporting events, especially Rays Baseball! I am proud to be a part of the Fit4Life family and strive to make your visits here successful and enjoyable. |
