I am writing this letter on behalf of Mr. Travis Monday and his physical therapy facility, Fit 4 Life. I have known Mr. Monday and his work for the last 6 years. I have referred countless patients to his facility for physical therapy for the last 6 years. The facility is state of the art, and has well trained therapists who always work one-on-one with my patients. The great majority of my patients get complete resolution or considerable improvement of their musculoskeletal problems with his services. He is prompt providing feedback on my patient’s progress while under his care.
