Thanks to working out with the entire Fit 4 Life staff, just once to twice a week, I have increased my strength and flexibility to a point where I am more active with my young kids, as well as extending my career as a fit model. The Fit 4 Life staff is very supportive with their strength training expertise to meet not only my needs of increasing strength, while slimming down, but also my husband’s needs with strengthening his knees from past athletic injuries.
